Refund Policy

We want every subscription to feel like a celebration, not a commitment you regret. This Refund Policy explains when Kudosly issues refunds and how to request one.

1. The 14-day money-back guarantee

If you are charged for a Kudosly plan and change your mind within 14 days of that charge, contact us and we will refund that charge in full — no questions, no forms, no exit interview.

The guarantee applies to the first charge of a new subscription and to any renewal charge, as long as the request reaches us within 14 days of the charge date.

2. Free trials

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and you are charged $0.00 at checkout. If you cancel before the trial ends, no charge is ever made — there is nothing to refund. If a trial converts to a paid plan, the 14-day guarantee above still applies to that first charge.

3. Renewals and cancellations

Plans renew automatically each month. Cancelling stops the next renewal but does not, by itself, refund the current paid period — your plan simply stays active until the period ends. If a renewal charge is still within the 14-day guarantee window, you can request a refund for it as described above.

4. What is not refundable

  • Charges more than 14 days old.
  • Partial months after the guarantee window — instead, your plan remains active until the period ends.
  • Rewards already redeemed through your organization's rewards catalog (points themselves are never cash and are never "refunded"; see our Terms).
  • Charges for accounts terminated for violating our Acceptable Use & Anti-Harassment Policy.

5. How to request a refund

Email us from the address on your Kudosly account using the contact details on our website, with the subject "Refund request" and, if handy, the charge date and plan name. We confirm receipt within one business day and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days to the original payment method via Stripe.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — the 14-day guarantee almost always resolves things faster. Unresolved chargebacks may suspend the associated account while we work with you and Stripe to sort it out.

7. Changes

We may update this Policy; changes apply to charges made after the update date and will be announced on this page.
